Hampden-Sydney College Venable Hall

Work Done: Renovation on a historic dormitory with a new three-story addition. Includes CMU foundation and structure, CMU elevator shaft, and a beautiful brick veneer on the exterior. Extensive brick repairs done both on the exterior and interior with new door openings, fireplace/hearth restoration, and a brick column enhancement, giving the project historic charm.
